Account and Data Deletion
Analytico 750 provides users with options to cancel their subscription and to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you only want to stop your Analytico 750 subscription, you may sign in to your account through the Analytico 750 client portal, open Account Details, and select “Cancel My Enrollment.”
Canceling your subscription stops your enrollment and future subscription services, but cancellation alone should not be treated as a request to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Requesting Permanent Account Deletion
To permanently delete your Analytico 750 account and associated personal data, send a request to:

In your message, include the email address associated with your Analytico 750 account so that we can locate your account and verify your request.
You do not need to have the Analytico 750 mobile application installed to submit a deletion request.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
After receiving and verifying a valid account deletion request, Analytico 750 will initiate permanent removal of the applicable user account and associated account data controlled by Analytico 750.
Where your Analytico 750 enrollment is maintained through our credit and identity monitoring service provider, we will also initiate the appropriate permanent account-removal process for that enrollment when applicable.
Permanent account deletion is different from subscription cancellation. A permanent deletion removes the user account rather than merely disabling or canceling subscription access.
Certain limited records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes. Any retained information will remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
Verification and Processing
Because Analytico 750 accounts may contain sensitive credit and identity information, we may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person requesting deletion before completing the request.
Once the request has been verified, we will process it within a reasonable period of time and confirm when the deletion process has been completed.
